Annually we reflect and pay homage to “Mr. Bill Rienerth”, the founder of Donut Land – a family-owned multi-generational legacy in Brunswick. We have many long-time friends, customers, and supporters who have been apart of our story for many years. We thank you and ask you to join us on Bill’s birthday for a special reflection.

Brunswick Traditions: Annual Events at Donut Land
Donut Land is more than just a bakery; we are a cornerstone of the local community and a home for Northeast Ohio’s most cherished annual donut traditions. Our legacy, built by founder Bill Rienerth, continues to grow as we move into our new 12,000-square-foot facility, allowing us to host even larger celebrations.
Whether you are joining the legendary sunrise line for the Best Paczkis in Medina County on Fat Tuesday, celebrating our multi-generational family legacy during our anniversary Founder’s Day in July; our annual events are designed to bring neighbors together.

Since our inception in 1972, our homemade recipes have made us a popular bakery destination for families in Brunswick and surrounding communities. Join us each January as we reflect on our humble beginnings and say thank you to our loyal fans.

Fat Tuesday – it’s our largest baking event of the year. Donut Land is proud to be home for “The Best Paczkis In Northeast Ohio”. Join us all week from for this Pre-Easter event. A busy baking time for us, but as our fans constantly tell us, worth the wait.
Valentine's Day & Donuts

Sweets For The Sweet! Valentine’s Day is the spirit of love and romance, and Donut Land believes nothing says that better than a delicious “Heart-Shaped” Donut Cake. Choose from fillings, frostings, sprinkles, and a custom-written message. But please, we need at least 24-hours advance order for this romance favorite.
"Hot Cross Buns" On The Weekends
Lenten Season
This Easter-season favorite features our signature dense dough base, sugar, raisins, covered with honey and a vanilla-frosted cross. Only available this time of year, many have made our unique baked treats a lenten tradition, and have listed an Easter trip to Donut Land on their annual events.
Official Cleveland Dyngus Day Paczkis
March 29, 2027
Donut Land in Brunswick is the featured Paczki provider for the region’s annual Cleveland Dyngus Day. Held the day after Easter, this traditional festival is celebrating Polish heritage. Now in its 17th year, this city-wide event is held in the Gordon Square area on the west side.
Mother's Day Sweets

A great way to celebrate Mom with some sweets from a hometown favorite bakery. We offer a great way to say “I Love You Mom” with Vanilla and Chocolate filled pastries, apple and blueberry fritters, or a 12″, 14″ or 16′ Custom Donut Cake with a frosted topping and a “Happy Mother’s Day” message.

Spooky Halloween Treats At Donut Land

October’s magic begins at Donut Land with many holiday designs perfect for that school party, business social, or picking up a dozen while preparing the gang for trick-or-treat events. We’ve got orange and green sprinkles for the kids, and donut classics for the adults to go with that hot cider or favorite Halloween beverage.

Hickory Ridge Cinemas
The team at Donut Land is proud to support and sponsor this large “Trunk or Treat” event at Hickory Ridge Cinemas. Families enjoy this community outing, kids collect candy, businesses and supporters provide donations, and attendees are treated to a special movie screening at the cinema. We will provide 2026 time and ticket details when they become available.
Thanksgiving Eve - A Big Day For Donuts

Rivaling Christmas Eve and Paczki Day as one of our biggest, Donut Land is a holiday tradition for family and guests during one of the busiest travel weekends of the year. Pick up a dozen or two for that pre-game breakfast, and for our of town guests. Treat everyone to “Greater Cleveland’s Best Donuts” this November.
Christmas Week - Santa's Home For Donuts
December 20-23, 2026
Whether it’s a staff breakfast or holiday party, Donut Land is a core part of catering menus at many Christmas functions. Order early or stop by – we’re open 24/7 right up until Christmas Eve. WE CLOSE DECEMBER 24 AT 4 PM. Our team will get some much needed rest during the final holiday week. WE WILL RE-OPEN FOR THE 2027 SEASON ON JANUARY 2.
